Job Description :

  • Swiftly resolving network and security issues in real-time at all levels.
  • Demonstrating expertise in routers, encompassing routing protocols, WLAN configurations, and managing multiple sites.
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing firewalls such as pfSense® and Fortinet.
  • Proficiency in network load balancers, VoIP, IP telephony, VC, Wi-Fi, and Polycom video conferencing solutions.
  • Conducting proactive vulnerability testing and managing firewall and security policies.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Domain Controller, Active Directory, Office 365, Grand Stream Access point with Controller, and server management with VMWare expertise.


Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences
  • MCSE - CCNA
  • At least 03 years of IT Network Experience

Avira Technologies is seeking a highly skilled "System Support Engineer" for an exciting project in DHA Phase 6. As a key player in our team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining and optimizing our network and computer systems.

Job Description :

  • Swiftly resolving system based issues in real-time at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computers, Microsoft Windows, and software installation.
  • Strong planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, and DHCP servers.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint) is a definite plus.
  • Familiarity with proxies, load balancers, and the installation of OS on virtual machines.
  • Configuration of Access Points, Routers, and other Networking Devices.
  • Proficiency in understanding VPN (site-to-site and Open VPN).


Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences
  • MCSE - CCNA
  • At least 03 years of System Support & Windows, Printer, Outlook experience
